Live with it for thirty days. If it is not right, we collect it and refund you in full.

What we ask

That it comes back in the condition it arrived in. Normal use is fine — sitting in a chair is what it is for. Damage from a move, a pet or a spill is not something we can take back.

Made to order, and still returnable

Every piece is made for you, and the thirty days still apply. We would rather take a piece back than have it live somewhere it does not suit.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph it before you unwrap any further and email us the same day. Freight damage is ours to fix, and we will repair or replace without argument.
