Before you order

Measure the route, not just the room. Every product page lists the clearance a piece needs through a doorway and around a stair turn. If a dimension has to change to make a piece fit, ask — most can be altered, and we will tell you what it costs before you commit.

Choosing a finish

We post swatches free. Timber and fabric both read differently under the light in your own room than they do on a screen, and a swatch in the room for a week is the only reliable way to choose.

After it arrives

The Care Guide covers oiling, spills and what seasonal movement looks like. Delivery explains lead times and what happens on the day, and Returns covers the thirty days.
