If a piece is not right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will collect it.

Change of mind

Stocked items can be returned within 30 days, unused and in their packaging. Return freight is yours. Made-to-order pieces are cut to your finish, so they are not returnable for change of mind — order a sample set first.

Warranty

• Timber frames — ten years, structural.
• Upholstery and suspension — five years.
• Finishes and fabrics — two years against manufacturing fault.

Movement in solid timber, and the softening and creasing of linen, are how the materials behave. They are not faults, and they are not covered.

Making a claim

Send photographs and your order number. Most things are repairable in the room, and we would rather repair a piece than replace it.
